Kylie Rampa is chief executive officer of Lendlease’s Australian property business where she leads a multibillion-dollar business comprising an extensive urban regeneration portfolio, residential community developments, retirement living, retail and investment management.
At last Financial results, Kylie was responsible for $24.4 billion, almost 70% of the group’s total funds under management. She also oversees a $29.3 billion development pipeline.
Kylie has held a variety of senior positions in other leading businesses including the Gandel Group, Macquarie Group, AMP and Schroders.
With more than 25 years’ experience in Australian and global real estate, including living and working in the US for 6 years, Kylie’s expertise extends across funds management in both private and public capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, development, asset management, business strategy and operations. She holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Queensland University of Technology (QUT).
In 2018, the Federal Government appointed Kylie as an inaugural director of the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation, an independent Commonwealth body dedicated to improving housing affordability. Kylie is also a director and Vice President of the Property Council of Australia and serves as a director of the Sydney Opera House Trust where she also chairs the Building and Heritage Committee.
